The TEABBA crew were over in Darwin City for our live broadcast for R U OK? Day 2023.

Throughout the morning there were interactive workshops, supportive discussions, community resources and also a free feed with a lovely BBQ, coffee, live music from the talented father-daughter duo, 'The Corbs', and of course our staff doing a live broadcast and playing some music for everyone from Ms Jedda!

R U OK? wants to inspire and empower people to meaningfully connect with each other and ask "Are you okay?".

Remember, asking 'are you okay?' doesn't have to be scary. But if you're unsure how to start a conversation, here are some tips:

- Pick an appropriate time and place.

- Ask R U OK? in a way that is comfortable for you both.

- Focus on listening to them, rather than finding a solution.

- Check in after the chat to keep the conversation going.

Special thanks to everyone involved in making it such a great event!
