Broadcasting nationwide across our combined networks, the collaboration featured interviews with country music legends including John Williamson, Troy Cassar-Daley, Kasey Chambers, Warren H Williams, Wade Forster, the Wolfe Brothers, Buddy Knox and many more, celebrating First Nations voices and stories from Australia’s biggest country music event. TEABBA’s participating representatives were Tahlia On and John Pearce-Scharnberg, who absolutely appreciated this amazing opportunity.

Community Broadcast Association Australia (CBAA) Conference

TEABBA's Staff consisting of Kyle Doevendans (TEABBA’s Senior Technician), Allan Neilson (TEABBA’s Program Coordinator) and Don Baylis (TEABBA’s General Manager) attended the CBAA Conference hosted in Hobart, During the they heard some inspiring industry speakers and saw some amazing presentation's all about community radio. Learning tricks and tips along the way. it was lovely hearing how other stations navigate through challenges and upskilling for technology and policy changes which are reshaping the sector. Multiple selective topic breakout sessions were available to choose from as well as industry pop-up stalls and agencies that support and service all of the CBAA members and stakeholders.

To finalise the Conference the CBAA team, host their annual awards ceremony, TEABBA was delighted to receive three substantial acknowledgements. The first was an Awards for “Excellence in Indigenous Content and Engagement”. Kyle the TEABBA Tech was awarded the 2025, “Outstanding Technical Contribution”. With the final one which TEABBA’s General Manager Don Baylis received the “Community Broadcasting Honour Roll”.

Tahlia Visits AFTRS

Tahlia recently had the incredible opportunity as a young broadcaster to attend the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS) on behalf of TEABBA, where she spent a week immersed in hands on workshops. She focused on screenwriting, developing original concepts and learning how to create a professional pitch deck to confidently present ideas to the industry. The week began with a powerful Welcome to Country at La Perouse, which set a meaningful and grounding tone for everything that followed.

She also visited the Sydney Opera House and took part in an industry mixer at AFTRS, as well as networking with more wonderful people in the classes. She also got to see behind the scenes of different roles in the industry and getting to build her own role with professional headshots and profiles. Being able to connect with people actively working in the industry was incredibly inspiring for Tahlia. It was a rewarding and eye-opening experience that has strengthened her passion and direction as a broadcaster, and she can’t wait for more workshops to come.

The Smoking of the TEABBA Building.

Due to the passing of Dr Bush Blanasi, who was a long-time member, Board member and Chairperson of the Top End Aboriginal Bush Broadcasting Association (TEABBA), it was only fitting that a cultural smoking of the TEABBA Building needed to happen.

This celebration was shared with current Directors of the Board, members, staff, and members of the Bush Blanasi Family. The special occasion was driven by the passion of Ms Delma McCartney of Barunga, and her lifetime ties to Dr Bush Blanasi.

Also to acknowledge, when the time was right Ms Mae Mae Morrison and John Wilson by showing great compassion and personal contributions towards making pathways for this smoking to take place.

Deep appreciation and thanks are extended to Conway Bush Blanasi and family for ensuring the smoking for Dr Bush Blanasi happened in a respectful and culturally appropriate to his heritage, and status.

Saturday 6 September 2025.

The Milikapiti community, Artback NT, special helpers and volunteers came together to make this one off Yirriwinari Festival a special one, this was the first of its kind in Milikapiti.

It was a great day and celebration for the whole community who all participated in one way or another. Showcasing many community run stalls & activities. Good local line up of Tiwi talent giving all 400 festival attendees a great festival to call their own, and one to remember.

In July Gina, Donna, Tahlia, John Ross and Andy Moreen travelled to Western Australia to attend the 21 ^st National Remote & Indigenous Media festival (NRIMF) & the Festival of Remote Australian Indigenous Moving image (FRAIM) that was held at the Friendly, Beautiful Bidyadanga Aboriginal Community and supported by First Nations Media Australia (FNMA) and professionally co-hosted and presented by PAKAM & ICTV. Thank you also to Bidyadanga Community, Community Broadcasting Foundation (CBF), National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA), Screen Australia, Screen West and Ngaire Pigram the PAKAM Festival Co-ordinator congrats on a job well done!

There were numerous workshops available such as Podcast Production, Mobile Content Creation, Radio Outside Broadcasting, Cinematography skills, Drone operation, Live Multicam Video Production, Graphic Animation, Photography and Music Recording something for everyone. These workshops were proudly provided by Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS), ABC and Community Media Training Organisation (CMTO)

The highlight of the trip would of course have to be seeing the beautiful beach & country, catching up with our forever friends and making new ones. The Bushfood & Bush medicine culture sharing workshops were fantastic, the FRAIM Video awards night and the closing night concert with the talented Family Shoveller Band.

The Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair was held at the Convention centre Donna and Tahlia got to see some extraordinary art not only from the NT, but from all around Australia. The vibe from the whole centre was filled with enthusiasm and excitement, everyone was happy and selling their beautiful creations from Paintings, Weaved items such as Bags, Mats, Baskets and earing’s, There were Sculptures, Totem Poles, Pannikan Mugs, Spears, Books in language, Stone Axes, Baskets, Fashion Accessories, Clothing & Colourful Fabrics that something special for everyone!

It was great to see one of our Board Directors Jedda Puruntatameri in her element dancing beside her family as well. There was Plenty of dancing especially having the knowledgeable Marius leading the way with traditional story & dance enthusiastically and getting the public to participate by dancing together as one. The inclusiveness was wonderful and visible by the smiles on everyone’s faces!

Donna and Tahlia attended The Tiwi Art display at the Double Tree Hilton. The Tiwi Islands presented a great display of beautiful Tiwi art for sale and explaining the story with it. The dancing attracted many tourists walking by. Within minutes there was a crowd of people coming together outside of the entertainment centre to dance It is always great to catch up and see Bushy (Johnathon world peace Bush who was there selling his art and spreading the word for Love and world Peace!

TEABBA was invited to co-host the First Nations Media Australia “Converge Conference” event, as this year it was held in Darwin. Which was a great way to participate and contribute to the Indigenous Media Sector. TEABBA did a Showcase presentation, and a Technical Session which both were well received. Admin staff manned an info and merchandise stall over the 3 days, and the media team delivered a live outside broadcast every day, with people from all over Australia within the Sector going on air and sharing a bit of information about themselves, their media experiences and who they were there representing. It was a great collaboration of bush and city stations, celebrating all types of media platforms. Converge had something for everyone, Powerful Speakers, Industry Stakeholders, Politicians, Panels and the Sectors Funding Agency. At the Awards Ceremony TEABBA picked up the “Organisational Excellence Award”.

This opportunity gave TEABBA huge National exposure, so many thanks and appreciation to First Nations Media Australia.

The NAIDOC Poetry Slam & Vinyl DJ Set was absolutely electric!

Thank you to everyone who came through and helped make it such a powerful celebration of Blak creativity, community, and connection. We heard from two incredible First Nations artists — Melanie Mununggurr and DJ Spinaf-X — who shared what drives their craft and lit up the space with their talent and truth.

Mob stepped up to the mic with courage, heart, and fire, and the energy in Flora’s Temper was unreal. From spoken word to turntablism, the talent on display was next level.

Big love to everyone who came to listen, learn, support, and perform. This was more than just a night of words and beats it was a reminder of the strength, pride, and beauty of Blak storytelling.

On the 19th of June, TEABBA was invited to an early NAIDOC at Taminmin College for the Last week of school!! It was a brilliant little set up with other amazing organisations coming together and hosting activities for the kids such as Headspace, Hoops 4 Health and ADF. TEABBA broadcasted the event live all day with guest speakers like headspace and the kids themselves with grades from 7 to 9 having a talk on radio and getting to know what it’s like to be a broadcaster. It was a pleasure going out rural for the day and seeing Taminmin College.

The Barunga Festival held between the Kings Birthday long weekend 6th - 9th June, brought together over 4,000 people for a weekend of unforgettable music, culture, and connection in the heart of the Northern Territory. Hosted on Bagala Country, Barunga is a vibrant celebration of Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians coming together to honour culture, country, and community. This year’s festival saw an incredible line-up of music, featuring artists like Thelma Plum, YUNG MILLA, and East Journey, alongside cultural performances from groups like the Tiwi Dancers and Red Flag Dancers. TEABBA Radio was there, broadcasting live from the Ms Jedda Truck, capturing the heart of the festival with live music, community stories, and conversations that resonated across the Top End. Barunga continues to be a powerful showcase of the strength and creativity of remote communities, offering a rare and authentic opportunity to connect with First Nations culture while celebrating unity and pride. On the 23rd of May to the 25th, TEABBA’s broadcaster John Ross, Tahlia and board member Delma had the great experience and the opportunity to attend the Taste Of Kakadu to broadcast the entire event.

The weekend held such amazing events, workshops, stalls and most importantly, the food. With Kangas can cook ‘Raylene Brown’ and professional cook ‘Yoda’ having cooking presentations where they involve bush foods of the NT.

The stalls of Kungas can cook, A house of Darwin pop up, Malbak Aboriginal Corporation, Lightning Arts N Artefacts and many other great stalls were set up all along the area of Biwali Visiting centre where Taste of Kakadu was held. There were also amazing performances on that Friday night from the local dances of the region and Saltwater Band.

It was such a great experience and cannot wait till next!

A standout feature of the day was Radicle's Tech Roadshow, where technology took flight, offering hands-on experiences with cutting-edge gadgets and digital tools. Maningrida Youth Week 2025, held from 12–16 May, was an unforgettable celebration of youth, culture, and pride. The week was filled with energy, as young people from across the community came together to showcase their talents and creativity. From dance workshops led by Matteo Mastratisi of Break’N Barrierz, where students co-created the empowering "Maningrida, Stand Proud" music video, to modelling sessions highlighting local fashion, every event was a testament to the strength and potential of Maningrida’s youth. The week also saw boxing and basketball sessions, empowering workshops on healthy life choices, and cultural activities like spear-making and damper cooking at the Lúrra Language and Culture Centre. The grand finale was a spectacular community showcase, Young Models on the Rise
Local style took centre stage with modelling sessions led by Tiesha Munnich-Hewitt from BamalangMOB. Young people learned tips on posing and presentation, while TEABBA Radio captured stunning portraits. featuring high-energy performances, a fashion runway with traditional Bábbarra designs, and a preview of the music video. As the night ended with a community disco, it was clear that Maningrida Youth Week 2025 was only the beginning of many more celebrations of the vibrant youth culture in this incredible community.

TEABBA was excited to attend the Jawoyn Bush Blitz Community Day on April 5, held at the YMCA NT Henry Scott Recreation Centre in Katherine. The event was a vibrant celebration of science, nature, and community, providing an incredible opportunity for attendees to engage with the biodiversity of Jawoyn Country. Participants had the chance to get up close with local species, from insects to plants, through hands-on activities like microscope explorations. Experts from the NT Herbarium, MAGNT, and other organizations shared their research, shedding light on the species being studied in the region. As part of Australia’s largest nature discovery program, Bush Blitz, this community day highlighted the importance of protecting local ecosystems while fostering a deeper appreciation for the natural world. TEABBA is proud to support such initiatives and looks forward to more opportunities for collaboration between scientists, communities, and nature lovers.

TEABBA visits the NFSA and AIATSIS!

In the first few days of April, TEABBA were very privileged to have First Nations Media Australia (FNMA) invite two of our staff, Gina and Donna, to Canberra for training sessions with the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia (NFSA), along with other organisations throughout Australia.

On day one we appreciated the opportunity to tour the NFSA Acton facilities (onsite) and learn more about the importance of cataloguing all different types of media in order to preserve and maintain for future generations to appreciate also. Day two featured a more hands-on approach with workshops in smaller groups, covering digitisation, resources from the First Nations Media Australia online toolkit, basic cleaning of analogue collections, packaging and storage, and working with a catalogue spreadsheet. Day three was another beautiful morning and a visit to the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS) and a tour of their facilities, followed by a wrap-up session back at the NFSA discussing digital storage systems, content sharing protocols, and bringing digital collections together.

It was wonderful to see first hand the dedicated teamwork to fix and preserve various types of media such as the really old movie reels, records, videos, cassette tapes, mini cassettes, dvd and even cd's. The team at NFSA were amazing with the professional knowledge, care, dedication and service they provide is so very important and relevant to not only us but everyone in Australia.

Being able to preserve history as we know it is a priority! To watch them at work, fix an old movie reel as if it has splintered and restore a warped vinyl record was beyond belief! It is so important that we act NOW to preserve anything laying around at workplaces, storage spaces, sheds and homes purely due to the advancements of Technology.

Having the suitable machines that are required for certain types of media will no longer be available in years to come, hence the urgency that such important media needs to be digitised asap.

TEABBA visited the beautiful community of Gapuwiyak for some big news following the announcement from minister for Local Decision Making Selena Uibo and Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation CEO Alastair king with $7.7 million for East Arnhem Land Youth to grow up strong.

Yolŋu youth in East Arnhem will have ongoing engaging activities for the next five years lead by their community leaders to grow up strong in two worlds.

After a successful pilot of this innocative community lef youth development and strengthening model, the East Arnhem Land Youth Midek (EALYM), or Gunga'yunga Djmarrkuliny, is being extended with the support of the Territory Labor Government, the Australian Labor Government and Arnhem Land Progress Corporation (ALPA) through a $7.75 million co-funding package until June 2027.

From School to Career.

On Friday 14th March, TEABBA was thrilled to be a major sponsor for the NTIBN Blak Jobs Expo. It was a great turnout, with students years 10-12 from high schools all around Darwin and surrounding areas coming to check out the different organisations and companies for potential job opportunities.

There were several different pathways and job opportunities for the students to have a look at. It was a large variety, showing and giving our young mob multiple different directions to follow once they leave school.

TEABBA held a live broadcast from the event, providing deadly tunes and good vibes as the day kicked off, starting at 10am and finishing off at 1pm. It was an awesome day with a lot of students coming on air and chatting with the team about the day and also letting us know how their schooling was going. It was such a great event with an even better purpose behind it, to help get our indigenous young men and women a few steps closer to obtaining a job and seeing the many different paths they could take. It was also a great opportunity for all the stallholders to jump on air for a quick chat and get their businesses and job vacancies out there.

We want to send a huge thank you to our friends over at NTIBN for planning, organising and putting on such an amazing event. And all of the stallholders and students that attended. We can’t wait for the next one!

Celebrating Country Music.

Tamworth is celebrated as Australia’s country music capital, primarily due to its renowned annual country music festival. This 10 day celebration is the largest and longest running live country music event in both Australia and the southern hemisphere, ranking among the top 10 festivals globally.

What makes the Toyota Tamworth Country Music Festival unique Is the thousands of visitors who clock to enjoy free outdoor concerts featuring both established country music legends and emerging talents. The city centre becomes a pedestrian haven, filled with buskers, street performers, food stalls, and vibrant markets.

This year, under the Ngarrda Media banner, who invited TEABBA (Top End Bush Broadcasting Association) and Ngarralinyi Radio from Taree to participate with them. Contributing to Tamworth for the 53rd Country Music Festival, engaging in five exciting days of broadcasting and interviewing some of Australia’s finest country musicians. As we come to the end of the year, the Technical department is kicked into gear supporting our 29 remote communities remotely and on site no matter the situation or logistics. Already we have had a minor flooding issue, lightning strikes and dish alignment issues which have been rectified on the ground by our technical team. Maningrida and Barunga Zetta & Radio Training

TEABBA, in partnership with the Bawinanga Employment Services Team Maningrida, delivered Radio Training to seven CDP participants over 3 days, learning all aspects of producing local radio programs with the potential of one trainee gaining employment as the Maningrida RIBS Broadcaster!

TEABBA uses Zetta Automation Software and RIBS Broadcaster/TEABBA Director from Barunga, Delma McCartney undertook upskilling Zetta training to allow her to continue producing her deadly local and network radio programs! Upskilling is an ongoing requirement for all TEABBA RIBS Broadcasters.

Australia’s First Female Astronaut visits TEABBA!

In November TEABBA had a visit from the Australian Space Agency, with special guest, Australian Astronaut Katherine Bennell-Pegg. TEABBA was the first stop of her Top End tour. In collaboration with the Australian Space Agency, TEABBA opened its doors to the public to come to meet Katherine and hear her journey to become an astronaut. Firstly, she acknowledged her appreciation to be welcomed to Country by Mary Williams for and on behalf of the Larrakia People.

TEABBA’s John Pearce-Scharnberg anchored the discussion, asking all the questions that everyone was keen to hear her explain. Katherine told of her dreams and wishes as a small child to become an astronaut and go into space. She shared her challenges with us about how she had to navigate through intense training, whilst being a wife and a mother, and being away from her family and living in different parts of the world to learn different skills and languages to be able to communicate with multi nationalities that crewed the space station.

Overall, everyone was in complete awe of this incredible lady, as to how someone so committed to be reaching for the stars, was so down to earth, and approachable. Everyone enjoyed having lunch with her, taking selfies and having a few minutes to have their private chats with Katherine.

TEABBA, sincerely appreciates Katherine for her time, and congratulates her on her remarkable achievements. Including recently being named as Person of the Year SAlife.

CBAA Conference - 2024

The CBAA Conference of 2024.

TEABBA sent its first delegation to the CBAA Conference which was held on the Gold Coast, Queensland. The delegation covered management, technical and media. The conference was extremely informative, with exceptional key speakers and presentations. Over the duration there were multiple session covering many relevant subjects, such as agencies marketing, tips for grant writing, tech session, legal talk and many more. The pop-up stall and information booths were great. The TEABBA delegation made good use of the networking opportunities by meeting lots of new like-minded people within the wider media sector and hearing their stories of challenges and successes. After the two full days of the conference, it was followed with special acknowledgements and an awards ceremony whilst everyone was enjoying a wonderful dinner. Congratulations to the CBAA Team on their 50 ^th Anniversary and a great Conference for 2024.

Celebrating 35 years of TEABBA Radio.

After a big week with the Directors and Membership, for our last Board meeting of the year and the AGM. The Top End Aboriginal Bush Broadcasting Association (TEABBA), celebrated its 35th Birthday at the Hilton Hotel. Inclusive of Awards, great entertainment, recapping on history, speeches and a Gala Dinner. This was all done in the Hilton ballroom that was beautifully dressed up, and made picture perfect, thanks to the fantastic Agentur team, who had been working with TEABBA since May to ensure everything went to plan and so everyone enjoyed their night.

A great night was shared with TEABBA friends, distinguished guest from both sides of local NT Government and various stakeholders.

The awards being the highlight to the event, which showed appreciation to those who have contributed over and above to the Organisation and the TEABBA Vision.

The TEABBA Directors, Membership and Staff would like to sincerely thank and acknowledge those that have made this night possible to Celebrate TEABBA’s 35th Anniversary Milestone.

Maningrida Lurra Festival - 2024

The Lurra Festival in Maningrida.

The Lúrra Festival was held in Maningrida from September 20th to 22nd, 2024. A celebration of the Top End Arnhem region's wonderful music and culture. A bunggul, fashion show, sporting event, and live band performance marked the beginning of the festival.
J-MILLA served as the guest judge at a dance competition hosted by Maningrida Dance.
In addition to the clinic staff serving as first aid volunteers, the Women's Hub and Menzies team set up a booth during the Saturday market stalls and services.
Like our ancestors, the Lúrra demonstrates to us the value of having a rich legal system, a rich cultural heritage, and knowledgeable skills for the benefit of our people and future. Collaboration and communication are crucial.

Community Family Day at Belyuen

In September Gina, Donna & John attended the Belyuen Community Family Day professionally organised by Dave Ferguson from the Belyuen Council and the Ironbark Team. There were plenty of informational pop-up booths such as the Resilience and Engagement Command Team, TEABBA, Life Without Barriers, Top End Women's Legal Services, and the Community Allied Health Team.

It was great to see - Deadly Thinking - for Rural & Remote Mental Health there too who offer workshops that address social & emotional wellbeing issues in a safe & culturally appropriate way!

Bunnings also had a fun children's activity station that brought out creativity in the young ones, Face painting. Hoops for Health were there for the more energetic and Ironbark provided a fair dinkum delicious BBQ lunch. The night rolled on with some great bands and dancing. The TEABBA Team are all Looking forward to next year!

Gove Football Grand Final - 2024

Gove Nhulunbuy Men's Football Grand Final!

On a beautiful sunny Saturday morning and to kick off a massive weekend in Nhulunbuy, we saw the 2024 Men's Grand Final between Gopu Sharks and The Nhulunbuy Saints. Both teams were ready to take out the Premiership with players putting their bodies on the line with high flying marks, big hits and being first to the ball. We not only saw the whole of Nhulunbuy come down to see all the action but many family and friends travelling from surrounding communities in cars and busses came down to cheer on their favourite team to victory.

At the end of the day, the Gopu Sharks took home the win, with the end score being:

Following was a great night with a free concert put on at Hindle Oval with "East Arnhem Live" showcasing a fantastic line up for the crowd. Plenty of action and great talent, which made it a concert to remember.

Jabiru Kurrung Carnival - 2024

A weekend of food, fun and sportsmanship!

In late August, TEABBA attended the Kurrung Sports Carnival over in Jabiru. It was a great two days full of football, basketball and more. On Friday we set 'Ms Jedda' up for the Men's Basketball Competition, and the Men's Football competition on Saturday. Stalls like the NO MORE Campaign, The West Arnhem Regional Council, Red Lily Health Board and so many more deadly mob were in attendance. There were even representatives from The Sydney Swans and The Richmond Tigers as well, some of them hopping on air for a quick chat. It was such a deadly couple of days, and some amazing sportsmanship all weekend.

The first Tiwi Cultural Festival!

The first Tiwi Cultural Festival in Wurrumiyanga on the beautiful Tiwi Islands attracted a massive crowd. We saw a huge Tiwi Yoyi (dance) with dancers from all around the communities coming together to spotlight, recognise, teach and celebrate culture.

Amazing music and performances took us into the night from Tiwi Strong Woman's Choir (NGARUKUWALA), Tiwi Band (NGAWA YATI), YELLO and STAN from Tiwi, YUNG MILLA from Darwin, Saltwater band from Elcho Island, Yilila Red Flag and Ngulmiya from Numbulwar.

Thank you to everyone that attended, the dancers, singers and other performers that made for amazing entertainment, and for teaching everyone a little bit more about Tiwi Culture. See you all again next year!

National Indigenous Music Awards - 2024

Celebrating First Nations Music!

It was a very special night on the 10th of August, 2024. The National Indigenous Music Awards celebrated their 20th anniversary!

It was a night spent on beautiful Larrakia soil with some of the biggest names in the industry. TEABBA Radio attended, while also putting on our own live broadcast from Ms Jedda to all our 29 remote communities across the NT. It was such an amazing experience and celebration of First Nations music and acknowledging the achievements of great musicians past, present and emerging.

Congratulations to all our First Nations artists that received awards and those also who were nominated.

The night started off with Waanyi/Gangaliida rapper Jamahl Yami opening the evening with a performance, warming up the crowd for the evening to come. Other performances were made by the absolutely deadly 3%, much loved superstar Jessica Mauboy, and the soulful voice of Dan Sultan. Other performances included Miss Kaninna, Birdz, Fred Leone, Eleanor Jawurlgnali, and Emily Wurramara.

Dan Sultan's self-titled album won album of the year, with Barkaa ending the night taking home both Artist of the Year and Film Clip of the Year for her anthem "We Up". The NIMA Hall of Fame inductee this year was none other than the respected and idolized Sammy Butcher. The moving tribute honoured the Warumpi Band member and renowned solo artist's amazing history, and acknowledged his long-standing influence on Indigenous and Australian music.

As a beautiful and deadly finishing performance for the night, a number of the performing artists came together and did a collaborative medley of some of the best First Nations songs in history, making everyone get up and dance!

Royal Darwin Hospital NAIDOC - 2024

Celebrating NAIDOC Week at the Royal Darwin Hospital.

At the Royal Darwin Hospital, TEABBA were invited to do a live broadcast of the NAIDOC 2024 celebrations. We spoke with many mob throughout the day, sharing stories and opinions about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and how far we have come and what we can do for better health outcomes.

There were a few other organizations in attendance such as Ask the Specialist, a cultural education podcast that answers doctors' questions about working with Aboriginal patients at Top End hospitals, and Donate Life, which seeks to increase tissue and organ donation and transplantation.

Ending the wonderful morning in true NAIDOC fashion, we were lucky enough to see the younger generations performing traditional Torres Strait dances and song lines, keeping culture strong.

Thank you to the Royal Darwin Hospital for inviting us over for a broadcast, the deadly performers and everyone that showed up! We can't wait for next years celebrations!

Ironbark NAIDOC - 2024

Kicking off NAIDOC Week 2024.

To start off NAIDOC Week 2024, TEABBA broadcasted live from Ironbark's corporate office, helping to celebrate the theme 'Keep The Fire Burning. Blak, Loud and Proud.' We had an amazing chilli crab cook up by Uncle Robbie Cooper, and a delicious bush tucker inspired lunch provided by the Aboriginal Bush Traders.

A lot of mob got up to have their say about the NAIDOC theme for 2024 and what it means to them, even some of the TEABBA crew too. With such a great turn out, we spoke about, cherished and looked back on all of the achievements made towards employment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples throughout the years.

Early NAIDOC Celebrations!

Starting off NAIDOC 2024 a bit earlier this year, the West Arnhem Regional Council invited some of the TEABBA crew to come and do a LIVE broadcast of their celebrations.

It was an amazing, sunny, fun-filled two days with free feeds and fun activities.

On Thursday we kicked it all off with a community march from the Jabiru Area School all the way to the Jabiru Library. All the young school kids and community members got involved, it was too deadly!

Then there was a welcome to country and opening ceremony before we moved on to the Elders morning tea along with stalls and other activities at the Library. There was a lovely sausage sizzle feed provided by Sodexo to finish such a fun-filled and activity-packed day.

Some of the stalls and activities included organisations such as; Mala'la Health Services, 13YARN, NIAA, ALPA and many more.

On behalf of TEABBA, The Cudjerie's Show (Tahlia and Kaliyah) held a $250 hamper give away! The hamper was full of household items and necessities like a pretty tablecloth, some mugs to match and plenty of food too. All everyone had to do to enter was provide a Station ID for TEABBA Radio, and in return they'd go into the draw to win the hamper. There was plenty of mob that came over and got their names down, but they had to wait until the next day for the winner to be drawn.

On Friday there was another BBQ lunch provided by ALPA, and the stalls and activities were all still set up. It was a nice, quiet and chilled day, with TEABBA of course providing some deadly beats to set the mood! We also drew the winner of the $250 hamper. It happened to be one of the young school boys that took part in the community march earlier the previous day. He was super keen to take it all back to his family and show them what he had won them all.

It was definitely a memorable and enjoyable couple of days, and we can't wait for next year's NAIDOC celebrations!

Malandarri Festival - 2024

The 10th Year Anniversary.

The Malandarri Festival is a family-friendly, drug and alcohol free event.

This year's festival, names after Borroloola's traditional title, Malandarri, meaning 'freshwater spring', showcased the region's rich cultural vibrancy. Under the leadership of festival coordinator, Lia Pa'apa'a, and the festival director, Marlene Timothy, the preparations of the event were infused with a strong sense of community. Lia, in collaborations with various local organizations, facilitated workshops in sewing, dancing and other crafts while local musicians, including local legend Barnabas Timothy, rehearsed their performances under the guidance of music engineer Liam Budalasia.

Barnabas Timothy articulated the festival's importance, stating, "We need this festival because we're losing language, we're losing our elders, and we tell stories through music, and try to make these younger generations listen". The festival serves not only a source of entertainment but also as a crucial cultural repository and a connection between different generations.

The festival commenced on Friday 14 June, featuring performances by the children of Borroloola and a captivating dance by Angela Wurramara. Traditional dance groups representing the Yanyuwa, Garrwa, Gudanji, Wandangula, and Nara peoples from the Roper Gulf Region showcased their Cultural heritage through dance, song and storytelling.

The opening night of entertainment featured Arrkula Yinbayarra, with Shellie Morris, who are dedicated to preserving their languages as the last remaining speakers and have been touring Australia to promote this cause. Among the local talents were the Sandridge Band, Barnabas Timothy and the High Tides, culminating the evening with a performance by the iconic Malandarri Band.

The final night of the festival continued with traditional dance, followed by a remarkable performance by local rapper Big T, who returned to the Malandarri stage after a significant break, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. He was succeeded by the energetic Yung Milla, who utilized his platform to engage the youth discussions about overcoming shame and fostering confidence by inviting them to join him on stage. Then, Coloured Stone, whose nostalgic hit 'Black Boy' ended the night in a united communal singing.

Remembering Mr. M Wilson.

To the family of the late Mr M Wilson, as well as to his family, friends and the Milikapiti Community of Tiwi Islands.

We as the TEABBA Chairmen, Board of Directors, Membership and Staff, sadly feel your loss of this incredible person, and our sincere heartfelt condolences go out to each and every one of you.

Taken too early, and the news of his passing was devastating to the TEABBA family and the Indigenous Media Industry.

After his Family and Community, Mr M Wilson loved all things media, who engaged in multiple creative platforms, by being a member of Top End Aboriginal Bush Broadcasting Association (TEABBA) for over 30 years.

Mr M Wilson showed his passion as a BRACS, now known as RIBS Broadcaster, locally in his Milikapiti Community awhile back but always jumped on air to do a show and broadcast to the 29 remote communities across the Top End of Australia at the TEABBA Studio when he came into town for a workshop, AGM or Board meeting.

His creativity overflowed into film, where he was selected to direct two short story documentaries for the Yarning Up series. "Ten Wives" and "Tiwi and the Dutch".

These films were screened all over the world at various film festivals. "Ten Wives" won a Garla Award at the Darwin Film Festival, and "Tiwi and the Dutch" was followed up by the Dutch museum doing an audio podcast with him in his voice for their archive collection, about this documentary.

TEABBA will always remember you, Mr Wilson, and "your voice in the bush".

MS JEDDA's New Truck Drivers - 2024

Ms Jedda has some new drivers!

The TEABBA Media truck "Ms Jedda" has a busy schedule, and many roads to travel, festivals and carnivals to visit in some of the remotest places in Australia each and every dry season. So, she needs good drivers to get to these places and from gig to gig, and sometimes not coming home for weeks at a time!

So, "Ms Jedda" would like to introduce her two new licensed truck drivers. Allan Neilson and John Ross Pearce-Scharnberg, who have just returned from a big trip covering the Barunga Festival, then on to Borroloola for the Malandarri Festival, followed up with the West Arnhem Regional Council NAIDOC event in Jabiru.

The Barunga Festival.

Barunga Festival is a must for anyone seeking an authentic Aboriginal cultural experience. An iconic family friendly event on the national festival calendar. Barunga boasts a long and proud tradition of celebrating Indigenous music, culture and sport.

This much loved Territory festival attracts more than 4000 fans - Indigenous and non-Indigenous people - who celebrate together in a small community with a population of about 360. Barunga is 80 kilometers southeast of Katherine. The Traditional Owners welcome you to camp and take part in a program of activities over the three-day long weekend in June each year.

Barunga Festival has a long history of showcasing Katherine and Arnhem Land regional arts and supporting remote Indigenous communities to come together and celebrate the positive aspects of community life. Visitors of all ages are encouraged to join in the festivities and enjoy this unique opportunity to engage with a remote Indigenous community.

The Camp Dog Challenge was a huge success with a large crowd showing up on Saturday to watch the show. Congratulations to the Barunga residents and dogs that competed.

And we can't have a festival without the music! This year's deadly line -up included: J-Milla, Yung Milla, Yilila, Yothu Yindi, Ngulmiya, Drifting Clouds, Andrew Gurruwiwi Band and Tjupi Band.

A big thank you to Paws Darwin for their support of this event! The Paws team came down from Darwin in the weeks leading up to the festival to help train the dogs and also helped out on the day too. And of course a massive thank you to the Barunga mob who let us all come and experience such an amazing festival. We can't wait for next year!

Taste of Kakadu 2024

A Taste of Kakadu.

John Ross, Tahlia and Donna attended the Taste of Kakadu Festival in beautiful Kakadu... and what a fantastic time they had!

It was clearly visible that Parks & Wildlife and Agentur organized this with expertise and fun for all in mind. The range of things to learn, look at and do were hosted with experienced, creative, people full of knowledge, as for the hospitality and kindness that just shone through!

The dancing, singing and stories were all full of memorable moments to treasure! The workshops on offer such as painting, didgeridoo and spear making, bush tucker tasting and weaving were heaps of fun, yet challenging at the same time!

The feast was certainly one for all. You could not only smell the delicious food, you could also feel the excitement in the air when the Beef and Veggies were being pulled out of the ground! And always a huge highlight for any festival is feasting with friends and family while listening to such talented musicians!

A huge thank you to all the mob that attended, and to Parks & Wildlife and Agentur for a beautiful, fun few days!

Couch Surfing For Youth Homelessness - 2024

Bringing Awareness to Youth Homelessness.

On Wednesday in Darwin City at Civic Park, the community gathered together to raise awareness for youth homelessness and to try help tackle the problem. There were many organisations across the Darwin, Palmerston and surrounding areas in attendance holding stalls such as Anglicare NT , Grassroots Youth Engagement , and so many more. It was a great day with lots of mob getting their faces painted and having a hold of the snakes and lizards from one of the stalls!

Shoutout to all the students and organisations that surfed their couches, it was too deadly!

The whole TEABBA crew got the amazing opportunity to do a live broadcast from the Blak Business Trade Show, held in the Northern Territory Indigenous Business Network (NTIBN) Building in Darwin City. A few members of the TEABBA team visited the Katherine Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Culture Centre to find out more about " Knowmore " , and also to meet some of the great organisations working together to help survivors of the stolen generation. Knowmore offers free legal help for survivors and you can go to their website to find out more. Some of these amazing people contribute to, Healing Foundation , North Australian Aboriginal Family Legal Service , knowmore and Flinders NT .

TEABBA Tidy Up!

TEABBA wants to give a big thank you to Bala's Lawn and Garden Care (Francis and crew) for a big two days cleaning up the grounds at the TEABBA office hub, inclusive of water blasting all the pavers. The TEABBA team were invited as certified members to the first Blak Coffee 2024, by the awesome team at Northern Territory Indigenous Business network (NTIBN). However, following this invitation was also a request to do a live broadcast inside their beautiful esplanade office.

As we were still waiting for bush roads to open from the big wet season to do our remote program activities, we were honoured to be actively involved, and dust off the equipment. At the event, we were joined by some deadly Blak business owners and Indigenous workers across many different industries. Many lined up to plug their business ' on air '.

It was a great morning, good company, genuine interest in networking with like-minded people and good radio content for the listeners, and very good coffee.

Thank you to our friends over at NTIBN for making these sort of get togethers happen, and also to all the deadly mob who attended and had a chat on air!

TEABBA Visits the Australia Space Agency - 2024

TEABBA and the Australia Space Agency.

In Early April, following correspondence with representatives from the Australia Space Agency, a few TEABBA staff members and Remote Ramingining broadcaster Gilbert Walkuli received an invitation to visit Adelaide. We introduced ourselves and to each other and talked about our roles within the two very different industries, making it a terrific 'meet and greet'.

It was very inspiring to hear some of the stories of the Space Agency staff from different backgrounds as to how they became employed in this unique occupation. We brainstormed some ideas about how we could collaborate to raise awareness to remote First Nations peoples about space and the prospects it offers within its industry.

Watch this SPACE so we are able to let you mob know about some more exciting developments towards our two industries.

Remembering Dr. S Bush Blanasi

Proud Manyili man, from Wugularr (Beswick) Northern Territory, Dr S. Bush-Blanasi is a founding member of Top End Aboriginal Bush Broadcasting Association heavily involved in the Board of Directors of TEABBA, being a founding member of TEABBA, and a driving force in years before to achieve its inception in 1989.

Dr S. Bush-Blanasi has contributed to TEABBA for over 34 years which has played an important role in the development of TEABBA which in turn has help develop and shape the Australian Indigenous media sector's landscape scope.

For more than three decades, Dr S. Bush Blanasi has advocated for the First Nations People of Australia, through the power and voice of media. In 2022 this passion and endless dedication to these goals he received acknowledgement (Honorary Doctor of letters (Honoris Causa).

Following on 2023 receiving the Australian of the year award, he was also an activist for land rights, which recently included the handing back to local clan groups in Kakadu National Park, also in the Territory Native coastal and tidal areas, with the High Court’s Blue Mud Bay decision.

Project Love (Anti-Rock Throwing) - 2024

PROJECT LOVE

The TEABBA crew had the opportunity to work with Kennyon Brown and his organisation 'Project Love' over the course of three days over at the Palmerston Recreation Centre to help bring awareness to rock throwing and more specifically throwing rocks at public busses.

We held a live broadcast while workshops were held, food was cooked and served, and a song and music video was created by the kids!

There was also a free concert for everyone, featuring local talent Riley P, DJ Dhe Man, Kennyon Brown, and the kids got up on stage to perform their original song live for the very first time! The song was called 'Make The Right Choice' and had lyrics relating to staying healthy, staying out of trouble, having fun and making good choices. It was a great few days and we're thankful for everybody who pitched in to make it happen.

What a PAWfect day!

Together with Paws Darwin, the Roper Gulf Animal Management Team and the crew at TEABBA, PAWS donated over 160kgs of dog food to the remote community of Barunga. This included a live interview with Geoffrey Watson from PAWS and Kaye from the Animal Management Team at Roper Gulf with our deadly network broadcaster DELMA live on air! The community was stoked to get their hands on plenty of food for their furry friends as well as some TEABBA goodies as well.

Northern Land Council 50 Years Land Rights - 2024

Commemorating 50 Years of Land Rights.

The NLC honoured the 50th anniversary of the Land Council's first meeting, which took place on September 25th and 26th, 1973, at the Angelican Church Hall in Smith Street, Darwin.

Cyclone Tracy blew down the Church Hall on Christmas Eve, 1974.

This was held not only to commemorate the first meeting and members on the Northern Land Council, but also to recognise the thousands of NLC members and staff who have continued the early members' efforts to fight for - and win - land rights for Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory and throughout Australia.

At the front of Parliament lawns, a massive gig was held to celebrate, where crew took the feed off the stage and put up a broadcast that other RIMOs/radio stations and communities could hear. We had traditional danced and performances from Garramilla Larrakia and Belyuen Kenbi as well as some deadly music to take us through the night.

Converge/First Nations Media Awards - 2023

Acknowledging Indigenous Media.

In November of 2023, a few members of the TEABBA crew flew down to Canberra for Converge 2023 at The Old Parliament House. It was such a deadly few days acknowledging and celebrating excellence in Indigenous Media as well as meeting and networking with all the mob in the Indigenous Media Sector from all across Australia!

We also got to attend the First Nations Media Awards 2023. It was an awesome night watching everyone receive their awards, and we even got a live performance from Dale Huddleston and The Riverband!

Remembering to check up on your mob.

The TEABBA crew were over in Darwin City for our live broadcast for R U OK? Day 2023.

Throughout the morning there were interactive workshops, supportive discussions, community resources and also a free feed with a lovely BBQ, coffee, live music from the talented father-daughter duo, 'The Corbs', and of course our staff doing a live broadcast and playing some music for everyone from Ms Jedda!

R U OK? wants to inspire and empower people to meaningfully connect with each other and ask "Are you okay?".

Remember, asking 'are you okay?' doesn't have to be scary. But if you're unsure how to start a conversation, here are some tips:

Yidiyi 2023 in Wadeye!

A music, sport and well-being festival called Yidiyi was held in the remote community of Wadeye for the first time ever! There were deadly headlining performances from hip-hop artist J-Milla and his brother Yung Milla.

It was kicked off with a Welcome from traditional owners, then AFL stars Shane McAdam, Jy Farrar and Ash Johnson spoke with the community and let everyone know a bit about where they all came from and also had heaps of deadly give aways for the whole community.

The Youth Tiwi Futures Expo - 2023

A fun and educating day on the Tiwi Islands.

A few of the TEABBA crew were welcomed over to the beautiful Tiwi Islands to be apart of The Tiwi Futures Expo 2023.

It was a such a deadly day down at The Nguiu Club, Wurrumiyanga, for the Youth Tiwi Futures Expo. The whole community came down to take part in discovering future opportunities. There were some super fun stalls teaching everyone about Science, Law, and so much more. TEABBA did a live broadcast for the event and all the young mob ended up coming over and talking up on the radio! Even taking over the music too. There was also a game of 'bingo' between the kids, seeing who could go over to the most stalls and tick them off. It was too deadly!

Bureau of Meteorology came to visit!

It was absolutely lovely to have some mob from the Bureau of Meteorology come in to catch up as TEABBA does daily weather crosses with the Bureau every morning!

We got to meet Zhoe Jess, Manager Strategic Content & Media from the National Media Team in Brisbane, Shenagh Gamble, Manager Hazard Preparedness and Response NT, and Josie Matthiesson, Community Engagement NT. It was great to prepare an emergency action plan as we get closer to the wetter season across the top end and discuss how we can keep all our mob better informed!

The Palmo Stingah Memorial Show - 2023

Celebrating Palmo Stingah.

The Palmo Stingah Memorial Show was too deadly! With so many mob older and younger all coming together to The Gray Community Centre to celebrate the life of their brother Palmo Stingah. Everyone had a go at getting up and performing and should all be extremely proud of themselves. There was some lovely food cooked up too and even better company throughout the night. A big thank you to those that were apart of the event, everyone that showed up, all the mob that performed and everyone else that made it such a deadly and unforgettable celebration. We love seeing the community come together and we are only going to see things grow from here.

What a deadly night on Larrakia Country at the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens Amphitheatre, celebrating and honouring the best in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander music of 2023.

The stars were definitely out, with Elaine Crombie and Fred Leone hosting the night and people right across Australia travelling to make this such a special and memorable event.

The NAIDOC Breakfast and March 2023 'For Our Elders' in Darwin City was too deadly with so many people, young mob and elders from right across the Top End attending to take part. With speeches after the march from Larrakia Nation and traditional dances from both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and then the Legendary Saltwater Band performing many fan favourites.

Kicking off July with a BANG!

The community of Nauiyu Nambiyu nestled along the famous Daly River held it’s family sports and culture day on 1st of July, the only day Territorians get to light the night sky through the colour of fireworks.

The community day was about bringing family and friends together for a time of culture sports and family fun and then came the main event (The clash of the titans), Time for round nine of the Big Rivers Football League. The Daly River Buffaloes took on Katherine Eastside FC, The Buffs who had recently joined the League and were apart of hosting football rounds in their community.

Throughout the day there were also plenty of activities for the kids, heaps of giveaways, sprint races with prizes for all ages, healthy food fruit and a sausage sizzle.

YARRAPAY 2023

On June the 23rd and 24th The Yirrkala Yarrapay Music & Dance Festival 2023 hosted a number of artists and events over two big days on Yoingu Country in the Northern Territory.

Local bands such as Yirmal, Drifting Clouds Band and Cedric Marika not only were singing in English but also their first language Yoing Matha proudly on their homelands in front of many family and friends with bands such as Garrangali travelling from Baniyala Arnhem Land and YUNG-Milla travelling all the way from Darwin after only performing weeks earlier in front of a massive crowd at The Barunga Festival 2023.

We not only had musical performances but we also had a Lantern parade from the local community, Disco and Dance Competition, Traditional Bungul, basketball and Football as part of the Gove AFL Competition

BARUNGA 2023

The 35th annual Barunga Festival was bigger and better than ever in 2023, in fact if you didn’t get in early, you missed out, as tickets for this year’s event sold out and gates were closed on Saturday afternoon.

This year the festival was handed back to community control and didn’t they deliver a fantastic event that attracted a massive sell-out crowd to take part in 3 days of sport, music and culture on display over the June long-weekend.

The event also coincided with a meeting of the NT’s four Land Councils to discuss the Barunga Voice Declaration to provide support to the YES campaign for the up-coming referendum on the Voice to Parliament. More than 200 representatives of the Northern, Central, Tiwi and Anindilyakwa land council came together on the traditional lands of the Bagala (Jawoyn) group at Barunga to sign the Declaration and a copy was presented to Minister for Indigenous Australians Linda Burney.

The 2023 Barunga Voice Declaration calls "for the recognition of our peoples in our still young constitution by enshrining our voice to the parliament and executive government, never to be rendered silent with the stroke of a pen again".

It invites all Australians to "right the wrongs of the past and deal with the serious issues impacting First Nations peoples…and unite our country".

Together, the land council members spoke with the authority as the elected representatives of tens of thousands of residents of remote communities, town camps and towns across the Northern Territory.

As always TEABBA was there with Ms Jedda, broadcasting all the sounds and live music from the event, with broadcasters Matt Henger, John Ross, Delma McCartney and DJB conducting the hosting roles along with many special guests who popped in to the broadcast truck to give their time for an interview and say hello.

Our live stream of Barunga 2023 was shared amongst a number of First Nations media partners ensuring the Barunga spirit was shared far and wider across the country on the various networks.

WAN Upgrade - 2023

TEABBA WAN upgrade.

As we progress into the future so has our broadcast capabilities and systems, TEABBA is now almost finished with most communities connected to the WAN network in the footprint (4 to go!). Our tech’s Kyle Doevendans & Mick Cummings have completed the last 9 installs within the quarter with the assistance of Gerry Pyne (Broadsoft), Daniel Mckirdy (Calibre One), Mike Alsop (Territory Broadcasting) & Peter Gibbett (CCSNT). This has been through a wide range of demographical locations ranging from Yarralin across to Arnhem land and as well as the Tiwi Islands and all across the TEABBA network. The systems have already shown to be critical in monitoring and supplying technical support to these services, also giving the broadcasters a more of a hands on approach when it comes to play out software (ZETTA). Training has also been completed remotely utilising remote desktop monitoring ensuring all issues and hurdles are attended to with a click of a button. Kyle and the tech team are excited to continue to roll out the outfits and provide top class services to our remote communities.

TEABBA Radio sent broadcasters, Bala B, DJB, TEABBA Director Mae Mae Morrison and team leader KB to the East Arnhem community of Gapuwiyak to capture the great initiatives of the NIAA/ACAAP project.

One AACAP project is delivered in a remote Indigenous community per calendar year. Where possible multiple projects can be undertaken in a region. AACAP delivers an holistic program that addresses Indigenous disadvantage through the provision of:

Improved infrastructure
Tailored training packages
Auxiliary health programs that can include allied health professionals, dentists and veterinarians

TEABBA’s involvement with the AACAP project is the first of its kind, being the first Remote Indigenous Media Organisation to team up with the NIAA and the Army, to broadcast the updates and different initiatives throughout the duration, while also on the ground delivering training to newly admitted local Broadcaster, Samuel.

Kurrung Sports Carnival

Kurrung Sports Carnival

The crew from TEABBA was invited by the West Arnhem Regional Council to broadcast the 10 years Kurrung Sports Carnival In Jabiru. Held over the weekend of 30th and 31st of August 2019 in the heart of Kakadu.

Bernard Namok Jnr (Bala B), Brendon Barlow (DJB) and Kayla Baker from TEABBA travelled to cover the sports carnival. Awesome tunes was played during the breaks at the Women’s and Men’s Basketball at the Jabiru Courts and live interviews from all the players spectators.

Saturday was the Men’s AFL at the Brockman Oval. Ms Jedda was parked under a shady spot – tunes, interviews and updates LIVE on TEABBA Radio.

The 50th Tiwi Island Grand Final
Ranku Eagles Versus the Tappalinga Superstars

On the 15th of March 2020. The Tiwi Island Football League celebrated its 50th Anniversary. The Tiwi Grand Final is always a highlight on the Northern Territory events calendar. What made it more interesting was the fact that game was almost cancelled due to the worldwide outbreak of the COVID 19 pandemic. After an emergency of the stakeholders it was decided the game would continue. However, no one from the mainland was allowed to travel to Bathurst Island and the community of Wurrumiyanga. Meaning interstate visitors, special quests and major sponsors were unable to attend. Another sad fact of the pandemic was the chance for visitors to experience Tiwi culture was through the art fair which unfortunately was cancelled.

Tiwi Island Grand finals are colourful affair with the game played at fast and furious pace. The low crowd numbers due to Corona Virus did not impact the vocal support for both teams. Reining premiers, the Ranku Eagles took on the Tappalinga Superstars in a repeat of the 2019 decider. The game started at a cracking pace with both teams fighting for dominance. This continued for four quarters with finally the Raku Eagles going back to back. Taking the game 86 points to 62.

This year’s Grand Final was a lot more relaxed due to the fact that a team from local company. KIK Digital broadcast the game live through Youtube across the country. The Northern Territory Football League supplied a two-man commentary team to call the game. Even the legendary Gilbert McAdam made a special appearance on the Broadcast.

TEABBA Radio would like to thank Seaswift for their support in transporting our Broadcast truck “Ms Jedda” to and from Bathurst Island. The Wurrumiyanga Council and the Council workshop for the safe storage our truck. Jono Mullins, Chris Smith, Mary Dunn for the hospitality.
